Template for hanging?
"I had my contractor hang the towel rack since serious holes were being permanently made in my wall. He wanted to see a template. He said templates are often inserted with directions so you know the dimensions and distant on hanging the bars. He thought that would be helpful. I love the look in my bathroom. Didn't want to have towels hanging in a bathroom seldom used. The necessity of hooks for the wet towels seems the only drawback to this type of rack."
Love it!

Q&A
- Hello, the finish in the description is called "satin brass." However, the color in the picture looks quite shiny. Can you confirm if this is a shiny brass or a more matte brass? I am hoping to match my hardware. Thanks!
- Hi there, the brass finish we offer is a satin brass. If you want to see if it matches your existing hardware, we do have [finish samples](https://www.duttonbrown.mom/products/finish-sample-order) available. The cost of the samples is reimbursable to you if you move forward with a purchase. Please email us at the time you complete the purchase, and we will issue a refund for the cost of the samples minus any shipping cost paid.
- Do you offer chrome finish or is polished nickel fairly close?
- Hi there, we do not offer a chrome finish. Polished nickel and chrome are similar, but polished nickel has a warmer tone than chrome. We have [finish samples](https://www.duttonbrown.mom/products/finish-sample-order) available in the [accessories](https://www.duttonbrown.mom/collections/accessories) section of the website.
- Hello I love your throne towel ranks and plan to order 3 . For two adjoining baths , I am wondering if you can match the tile color tones if you do color in these items? They are textured tiles in the denim family One is light blue and one is almost a navy blue. Do you have samples of your blues ( Lagoon, slate , cobalt ,chalk or could I send you a small tile to coordinate to ? Thank you
- Hi there, we currently do not offer a towel rack in color, but we will be offering one in the near future. [Color and finish samples](https://www.duttonbrown.mom/collections/samples) are available for purchase in the [accessories](https://www.duttonbrown.mom/collections/samples) section of the website. If one of our blue color offerings is not a close match, we do offer [custom color](https://www.duttonbrown.mom/products/custom-color) for a $100 fee. We can source any [RAL classic color](https://www.ralcolorchart.com/) which is the color system powder coat suppliers use. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any further questions.
