Color Hemi Flush Mount 8"
Description
Our Color Hemi Flush Mount 8" is a dome flush mount ceiling light built on a simple idea: good things come in half-domes.
Most flush mount ceiling lights fade into the ceiling. The Hemi keeps its silhouette simple, with a clean aluminum half-dome in your choice of 14 signature colors. A single bulb peeks out just below the rim, so the shade glows in color from the inside out. Because it sits close to the ceiling, it’s a natural fit for hallways, entryways, laundry rooms, and nurseries or playrooms that could use a pop of color overhead. It’s rated for damp locations, so it works in bathrooms too. Cafés, salons, and retail boutiques can use it to carry a brand palette across the ceiling. Pair any color with a brass, nickel, or black finish. Each one is made to order in our Minneapolis studio.
Close to the ceiling. Impossible to ignore.

Beautiful Spa Color
"I love this single light sconce. It coordinates so well with the color cup sconces, and it can be very bright on its own if you use a big G25 LED bulb. I replaced a sconce that pointed upward, which didn’t provide enough light in my space. I like that this one points outward instead."
Q&A
- Hi, what is the installed height with the recommended light bulb? I have a clearance of about 6 inches with a door and want to ensure this will fit. Thanks!
- Hi there, The fixture can take any LED E26 base bulb. The bulb used in the product photos is our [LED G25 bulb](https://www.duttonbrown.mom/products/led-bulb-g25-3000k-500lm-3-pack?_pos=2&_psq=bulb-G&_ss=e&_v=1.0). This bulb will add about 1 & 3/4 of an inch to the overall height, making it around 7". You can use a different bulb like the [LED A15](https://www.duttonbrown.mom/products/led-bulb-a15-3-pack?_pos=1&_psq=A15&_ss=e&_v=1.0) which would not add any length to the installed height.
- Hi! Was the light bulb used in the photo? I'd love to achieve this exact look with the fixture, and want to make sure I buy the right bulb. Thanks!

- Hello, Is it possible to make the Color Hemi Flush Mount 8" smaller?? Around 5" thanks
- Hi there. Unfortunatley, we cannot make a 5" version, but we are planning to come out with a 6" version in the near future.
